Set-up and Training
Included with every new planter purchase is an on-site planter set up and training day. Training program is 100% on your site, with your people, on YOUR planter…this ensures that you are comfortable with the way your planter works, and your ability to use it. Personnel turnover is unavoidable, sometimes it is necessary to re-train your planter operators a year or two after your purchase, no problem, call in and set up a date. We recommend booking the date early to increase the chance of getting the date you want.

Downtime Solutions
SRES understands what spring means to seed researchers. 9 to 5 is out! Weekends are out! If you are working those hours, so are we. Keeping our customers up and running in the spring is our top priority, service calls in the evenings and weekends are never a problem, don’t hesitate to call. SRES provides 24 hour tech support in the spring, with multiple cellular numbers for our customers to call, assuring immediate response. With three locations in the Midwest, we are sure to get to your field quickly and get you up and running!

Warranty (3 year limited warranty)
SRES warrants that the Monosem Planter and SRES-produced components of planters manufactured by SRES to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty-six consecutive months from the date of sale of the new SRES products to the original purchaser, provided such defect is reported to SRES within thirty days of failure.
